Only 20 minutes from Cape St. Mary’s and an hour and half from St. John’s. We’re just minutes from two beaches located within Branch, salmon fishing opportunities and local trails, including the Naked Man Trail which is accessible just behind the house. This trail will bring you to the rooftop of Branch where you will see the entire community and bay stretched out before you. Remember to bring good shoes! You will find other trails in Branch and nearby in Point Lance (15 minutes from us) where the spectacular sandy beach beckons!
