Welcome to our beautiful, fully-equipped cottage, located on pristine lakefront at Thorburn Lake, NL! This single family, one-story home sits 15 metres from the water's edge on a 1-acre lot, with two hundred feet of water frontage. Outdoor enthusiasts will find thrilling adventures in all seasons. Explore the lake on our SUPs or paddleboat, or launch your watercraft from our private boat launch. We are located at the gateway to the Discovery Trail, which boasts world class hiking and sightseeing, UNESCO dedicated geosites and fossil sites, coastlines filled with whales, puffins, and icebergs (all in season), as well as incredible gastronomy experiences, including craft beer and ciders, and restaurants and cafes specializing in locally fished, foraged and farmed ingredients. We are also located minutes from Terra Nova Golf Course and within day-tripping distance of Terra Nova National Park, which offers many incredible hiking and wildlife experiences. For winter enthusiasts, you will have direct access to the Discovery Trail network of ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as close proximity to White Hills Ski Resort, with it's network of alpine and nordic trails.
